I have a new page, it is indexed and gsc show ranking result (avg 3.8) but show nowhere on live

I have a new page, it is indexed and gsc show ranking result (avg 3.8) but show nowhere on live SERP. and also my problem my ranking is dropping and also gone from google search. this the sample of my new page xyz on the GSC it shown 3.8 avg position. but when I check on live SERP is not there
