Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue where both my custom domain and my Squarespace domain are showing separately in Google Search results.
I set my custom domain as the primary domain in Squarespace, but Google is still indexing both versions.
I also noticed:
The Squarespace domain shows the favicon.
The custom domain doesn't show the favicon.
Squarespace support said the setup is correct and suggested waiting for Google to update.
Has anyone experienced this before?
How can I make Google show only my custom domain and stop indexing the Squarespace domain? Is there anything I should check or change?
