I'm trying to move alanostar.app to alanostar.com using the Search Console Change of Address tool.
Both websites are verified in the same Search Console account, and I've already set up 301 redirects for all pages. The redirects are working correctly.
However, when I open the Change of Address page for Website Hide By Admin, I only see this message:
One or more of your other sites is moving to this site
This site: alanostar.app
Moving site: apktap.net
There is no button or dropdown to choose alanostar.com as the new destination. The page only shows this message.
The problem is that apktap.net is an old domain that I no longer own. It expired about a month ago, so I can't access its Search Console property to cancel the move.
I've already tried:
Verified that alanostar.com is fully verified in Search Console.
Hard refresh.
Incognito mode.
Disabled all browser extensions.
The issue is still the same.
My questions are:
Does an incoming Change of Address prevent a site from starting its own outgoing move?
Since I can't access Website Hide By Admin, is there any way to remove this old move, or do I have to wait for the 180-day period to expire?
If someone from the Search Console team can check this case, I'm happy to share the property details privately.
